Maria Gabriella Mazzei, begins her studies at the IED in Rome, graduating in 1987 with a degree in Public Relations and Fashion.
She begins her career in the world of fashion in Rome, at the press office of Maria Costici Albertario from 1987 to 1991. Here she starts her work in events, fashion shows and entertainment. During these years she participates in the organization of Donna Sotto Le Stelle, the largest fashion event of the time, and in creating the Rai Fantastico90 program.
In 1991 she decides to move to Milan, where she collaborates with Sergio Salerni, founder of the Urban Production agency, until 1998.
In 1999 she establishes her own event production agency, Without Production, of which she continues to be CEO, directing and producing international fashion shows and luxury events.
In 2012 she, with three other partners, creates the video production agency 4Friends, specializing in video production for globally renowned brands.

• Fundamental principles on the meaning of a fashion event; show, presentation, inauguration, product launch etc.
• The characteristics of each type of event; goals, needs, constraints and differences.
• The roles, skills and responsibilities of the professional figures involved in the realization of an event.
• Developing the themes and concepts related to the creative phase of the production of a fashion event, as well as the technical needs, constraints, problems and organization of the event itself.
• Know the various preliminary phases of the work, from the search for the location to the creation
of the project.
